Shipping Carriers

All products are direct-shipped from our origin warehouse located in Yunnan, China—the authentic home of Pu-erh tea. We partner with premium global logistics providers, including DHL, USPS, GOFO, and Royal Mail International, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Asia: Generally delivered within 7 business days.

• North America (US & Canada): Generally delivered within 8–14 business days.

• Rest of the World: Generally delivered within 14 business days.

Tracking numbers are generated automatically upon shipment. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact customer support in a timely manner.

Express Shipping (DHL Express)

For faster delivery, customers can opt for DHL Express, our quickest trackable international service. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with access to DHL On-Demand Delivery services (e.g., rescheduling delivery, SMS notification updates, or requesting signature release). • Asia: $10 flat rate | Free shipping on orders over $90 (Local import taxes/duties may apply)

• Europe: $10 flat rate | Free shipping on orders over $90 (Local import taxes/duties may apply)

• Rest of the World: $10 flat rate | Free shipping on orders over $90 (Local import taxes/duties may apply)

Notice for US Customers

Please note that tariff regulations remain subject to frequent updates due to ongoing policy adjustments originating from the former Trump administration. We assure you that all current tariff adjustments are synchronized in real time at checkout.

All applicable customs duties and taxes will be calculated and clearly displayed before you complete your payment, ensuring full transparency regarding shipping costs.

Important Notes & Processing Times

• Order Processing: Orders submitted Monday through Friday may take up to 24 hours to process. Our warehouse is closed on weekends; orders placed after 8:00 AM (Beijing Time / UTC+8) on Friday will generally be processed the following Monday.

• Import Taxes & Duties: For international orders shipped from China, recipients may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and administrative charges levied by the destination country or carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Real Puerh Tea assumes no responsibility for these fees once the parcel leaves our domestic warehouse. Customs clearance procedures may also cause delivery delays.

• Lost Parcel Policy: If an international package is not delivered after 30 days from the date of dispatch, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

• Address Errors & Refusal: If a parcel is returned due to incomplete/incorrect address entry or refusal to pay destination customs duties, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipment.

Service Suspensions & Restricted Regions

Due to delivery coverage constraints and current direct shipping limitations in certain regions, we are temporarily unable to deliver to the following destinations:

• All countries in Africa

• Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia (Shipping services suspended due to ongoing regional turmoil)

We are closely monitoring the situation in these regions and will strive to resume services as soon as circumstances allow.
