This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Real Puerh Tea are processed and delivered.
Shipping origin
Our Pu-erh tea products are prepared, packed, and dispatched from Yunnan, China. International parcels may be handled by more than one carrier.
Processing time
We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends, public holidays, launches, and high-volume periods can extend processing time.
Estimated delivery
- United States: approximately 8 to 14 days after dispatch.
- Europe: approximately 8 to 14 days after dispatch.
- Other destinations: timing varies by destination and carrier.
These estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote delivery areas, and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.
Tracking
When available, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. International tracking can take several days to update while a parcel moves between carriers.
Shipping charges and customs
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, or handling fees. Unless checkout expressly states that these amounts are included, they are the customer's responsibility.
Address changes
Review your address before ordering. Email us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect parcels
Contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date if a parcel is damaged, incorrect, or appears lost. Include your order number and clear photographs when relevant. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy where required.
