These Terms govern use of Real Puerh Tea, operated by Southwest Digital LLC. By using the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and linked policies. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity through your account.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe tea, origin, weight, appearance, and tasting characteristics accurately. Natural products can vary by harvest and batch. Photographs may include serving suggestions, teaware, scenery, or other items not included unless expressly stated.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing or payment errors, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid item, we will refund the amount charged for it.
Prices, taxes, and payment
The price shown at checkout applies. Shipping, taxes, customs duties, VAT, import charges, and other fees are handled as disclosed at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. You confirm that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.
Shipping and returns
Products are dispatched from Yunnan, China. Delivery timing varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, and other conditions outside our reasonable control. Returns, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, impersonate another person, scrape content at scale without authorization, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Intellectual property
Website content is owned by or licensed to Southwest Digital LLC and protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. No other license is granted without written permission.
Third-party services
The store relies on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and other providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Tea descriptions and brewing guidance are for general information and enjoyment. They are not medical advice, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Liability
